Show Notes

In this episode, Sarah shares how a little self-validation can go a long way when it comes to reducing stress. What if the next time you found yourself in a stressful situation, you paused to validate your stress response? "It's understandable that I am feeling stressed, there is a chance I am going to be late for my meeting." Validating yourself for the uncomfortable emotions you are experiencing is a wonderful way to give yourself compassion and reduce your stress at the same time. It is actually kind of strange how easy this practice is and how impactful it has on your mood and mental health. Learn how you can show up for yourself with kindness and support.
